Bus Passes and Schedules

Bus Pass Information

 

  • Distribution:
    Bus passes will be distributed at your child’s school in September once registration has been processed.

 

  • New School Year Requirement:
    New bus passes are issued each school year. Old passes will not be accepted.

 

  • Card Use:
    Students must scan their pass each time they board and exit the bus. The pass logs the time, date, and GPS location, which enhances student safety and helps improve routing.

 

  • Student Responsibility:
    Students are responsible for carrying their pass and keeping it in good condition.

 

Change of Address or Alternate Address

 

If your child has moved or needs an alternate pick-up/drop-off address:

 

  1. Re-register for bussing, including all updated transportation needs. 
  2. The Transportation Department update your schedules and send a new bus pass to your child's school.
  3. You will be notified once the new registration is approved and processed via email.
  4. Once approved, a temporary bus pass can be obtained at the school office and used until the permanent bus pass arrives.

Lost, Damaged, or Non-Working Bus Passes

 

Lost or Damaged Passes (Visible Damage)

  • Report it to your school as soon as possible.
  • A $10 replacement fee is required (payable to the school).
  • A temporary pass will be issued daily until the new pass arrives.
  • Students must have a pass (regular or temporary) to board the bus.

 

Non-Scanning Passes (No Visible Damage)

  • Report to the school office.
  • A free replacement will be issued.
  • Students can continue using the non-functioning card until the new one arrives.

 

Forgotten Passes

  • A temporary pass will be issued by the school for same-day use.
  • The temporary pass must be shown to the driver and returned at the end of the ride.

 

Bus Schedules

  • Bussing schedules will be emailed to all registered riders prior to school start-up.
