Policy Review and Initiation
The SD20 Board of Education, in consultation with the Policy Committee, establishes the policies and regulations that govern the operations of the school district. They are reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis to guide Board decisions and administrative actions.
We rely on the feedback from school employees, parents, partners and the broader community to help evaluate the effectiveness of these policies and regulations. This input is reviewed by the Policy Committee, which then makes recommendations for updates to the Board of Education.
