BENEFITS TIP: Extended Health Benefits Dual Coverage
The following Extended Health Benefit tip applies only to School District No. 20 employees who have dual Extended Health Benefit coverage (EHB coverage with us & EHB coverage with their spouse).Step #1: Submit to your own plan first (you submit your claim to your Pacific Blue Cross plan first; your spouse submits his/her claim to his/her plan first).
Step #2: If a blance remains afdter yoiu claim with your own plan first, you then submit the remaining cost to the other's plan to exercise the dual coverage.
